Job Description Highlights:
- Build and maintain enterprise-quality Real-time Web Applications for a SaaS Provider of Live Agent Chat Support Tools and AI Chat Bots
- Work with customer success teams to address issues found in the SaaS Deployments for Fortune 500 customers
Requirements:
- 5+ year overall experience in developing production quality software of increasing complexity.
- 3-5 years using C# / .Net Core in a professional capacity developing enterprise web applications with REST Services, Modern Authentication, DB Integration and React/Angular or equivalent.
Highly Desirable:
- Attitude: Curious, Resourceful, Maintains Awareness of Industry Best Practices, Grabs initiative.
- Familiarity with Real-Time Building Block Components such as SignalR/Web Sockets/Redis
- Experience in a SaaS environment using AWS/Azure or GCP Platforms
- API Integration experience with 3rd-party enterprise applications (such as Service Now) or with Chatbot platforms.
- Tools such as GIT/JIRA/Jenkins/Postman/VS Studio or equivalent
- Secure SDLC practices including OWASP
- The ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.
